Insurance
Parkwood Village HOA carries an umbrella insurance policy that covers the board of directors, clubhouse, and exteriors of all townhomes and condos. Townhome owners are required to purchase their own interior insurance policy. Our insurance agent is Ryan Sparke with Farm Bureau Financial Services.
