Clubhouse Rentals
The upstairs portion of our clubhouse is available for rent that incorporates both a meeting room and living room vibe. It has its own restrooms. It also has a small kitchen with refrigerator, oven, and microwave available for food preparation. It is a great space for birthday parties, holidays, family events, and business meetings.

Homeowners
$25/day for the upstairs room.
Property Renters
$45/day for the upstairs room.
Outside Renters
$80 for a 4-hour block for the upstairs room.
$140 for an 8-hour block for the upstairs room.
A $100 deposit will be required. This will be returned if no cleaning is required or damages done to our facility.
